About EFHA

The Edmonton Female Hockey Alliance (EFHA) is a female hockey association serving Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding communities. Founded in 1995, EFHA provides competitive and developmental hockey programs for female players aged 5 to 18, spanning age divisions U9, U11, U13, U15, and U18.

Mission: To provide a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment for female hockey players of all ages and skill levels in Edmonton and the surrounding area, fostering a love for the game and pathways to elite development.

Vision: To be the premier female hockey association in Alberta — recognized for developing technically excellent, mentally strong, and character-driven athletes who represent their community with pride.

Programs

Tryouts — Annual player tryouts for competitive teams across all age divisions (U9–U18). Tryout dates, locations, and registration details are published on the Tryouts page each season.
Camps — Off-season skills camps, goalie clinics, and development programs run by EFHA coaches and development staff.
