EFHA ELITE PERFORMANCE PATHWAY – SUMMER 2026

This summer, the Edmonton Female Hockey Association is proud to launch the EFHA Elite Performance Pathway — a high-performance, 12-week development program for athletes U13–U18 designed to elevate compete level, skills, strength, and game readiness heading into the season.
Running June through August, the program combines elite on-ice training for players and goaltenders with a professionally designed off-ice performance program, creating a complete athlete development experience.

📅 Program Overview
On-Ice Training (12 Weeks | June–August)
- Weekly sessions focused on high-level competition and real game situations
• Locations: Callingwood (9) & Other Arenas (3)
• Emphasis on intensity, decision-making, and skill execution
Off-Ice Training (12 Weeks | June–August)
- 2 x 60 min/week strength & power training (ZerOne Facility)
• 1 x 60 min/week field conditioning
• Focus on: - Strength & speed development
- Agility & explosiveness
- Power conditioning
Includes ZerOne Hockeyology Membership with 4 bonus monthly skill classes (shooting, power skating, puck control, small-area games, skating treadmill, goaltending) that you can book at your own convenience on the ZerOne app.

All themes are delivered through high-tempo, competitive drills and game situations:
- Explosive forward stride & skating efficiency
• Backward skating & defensive mobility

- Ages: U15 Edmonton Area Female Athletes (AB Challenge Tryout registration required)

- Breathing & Visualization Techniques: Master relaxation and focus strategies to stay composed under pressure and enhance performance.
